FAQ

Light steel prefabricated houses are produced in a factory environment using modern manufacturing technologies with precise measurements. The production process begins with computer-controlled roll-form machines. According to the project drawings, galvanized steel profiles are automatically shaped, cut, punched, and numbered. This ensures every piece is manufactured with millimetric precision.

These steel profiles are then assembled to form wall, floor, and roof panels. Insulation materials are placed inside the panels to provide heat, sound, and moisture insulation. Water-resistant fibercement is used on the exterior facade, while gypsum board is applied to the interior walls.

Since all production is completed in the factory, the margin of error is minimal. All parts are numbered, packed, and shipped to the installation site. On-site, only assembly is required, ensuring both fast installation and guaranteed structural quality.

The interior surface consists of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) and gypsum board. On the exterior facade, OSB + Humidity Barrier (Vapour Barrier) and Fibercement are used. Fibercement is a fire- and water-resistant, long-lasting protective material. Inside the wall, Knauf Mineral Wool is applied for insulation.

In our multi-layer wall model, the insulation value is U = 0.11 W/m²•K, which exceeds the standards accepted by many countries.
When converted into the imperial system (used in the USA and Canada), the values are as follows:

  • R-20 → U = 0.28 W/m²•K
  • R-30 → U = 0.19 W/m²•K
  • R-40 → U = 0.14 W/m²•K
  • R-50 → U = 0.11 W/m²•K

As a result, considering that R-20 insulation is typically required in regions with heavy snowfall and cold climates, our walls perform far above this level. It’s important to note that the lower the U-value, the better the insulation. Therefore, U = 0.11 indicates excellent insulation performance.

Yes. These houses are designed according to regional snow load calculations and are fully resistant to heavy snowfall. The strong steel structural system and sloped roof design prevent snow accumulation or collapse risks.

Yes. They offer high protection against rain and moisture. Thanks to the water-resistant fibercement panels and waterproofing layers on the exterior, they ensure complete water tightness. Roof drainage systems and gutters efficiently direct rainwater away from the structure.

The installation process is very quick. Since all parts are pre-fabricated in the factory, only assembly is done on-site.
A single-story house can be completed within 5–10 days, while a two-story house can be completed in 10–20 days.

The floor plan can be fully customized according to your needs. Layouts ranging from 1+1 to 5+2 can be produced. Interior partitions are easily designed according to user requirements.

Light steel systems can safely be built up to two stories. With high structural strength, two-story houses remain durable and long-lasting.
If desired, 3- or 4-story hybrid models can also be manufactured using reinforced heavy steel systems.

The lifespan of the steel structure is approximately up to 50 years under normal use. With regular maintenance, this period can be extended. The key factor is the quality of the installation process.

For repairs, having the installation plan is sufficient. Once you know where the cables and water pipes are located, wall panels can be carefully removed for maintenance and then reattached. Afterward, a gypsum finish and paint will restore the wall to its original appearance.
Unlike brick houses, there is no need for demolition or debris removal.

All materials listed in the packing list are loaded into containers or trucks in a safe and organized manner.
Palletized products are loaded separately. Fragile items such as windows, doors, and toilets are securely packaged.
If you do not have a shipping company, our firm can also assist with transportation and export documentation.

Yes. Before production, the location and seismic zone data of the land are analyzed. The structure is designed to meet the maximum earthquake level required by the relevant local regulations.
Our structural engineer prepares the necessary static calculations and provides a full report in Ft/inch or cm/mm units.

Yes. Our structural engineer designs the building according to the regional wind load data before production. If necessary, heavy steel reinforcement is added to ensure maximum stability

Prices vary depending on several factors such as floor height, roof type, snow load, wind load, window type and size, and material quality.
For current prices, you can contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp for a quick quote.

You can either select a ready-made model or design your dream home from scratch. There is no additional cost for custom production, as even standard models are engineered according to the local conditions of your land.
Ready-made models are mainly for inspiration.

Yes. During the order process, you can select window and door colors, as well as the opening style (sliding or hinged).
Roof color, interior, and exterior paint options are also fully customizable.

Yes. Several facade styles are available during the order process, such as stone-patterned, American Siding, or wood-textured fibercement panels. All these options can be directly painted.

After completing the static calculations, the house is typically ready for loading within two weeks, depending on factory workload. Including engineering and design, the entire process takes about one month.

Yes. Our experienced engineering and design team can implement any custom project you provide.

Yes. You can contact us to receive ready-made floor plan samples or request a customized design.

After confirming the price and area (m² or sqft), a detailed contract is prepared.
The contract includes all technical details and product visuals.
Once the payment process begins, your order enters production.
You will be continuously informed throughout the entire process.
